Homework and Remarkable Readers
Everyone in Year 6 will be given one piece of homework to complete every week. This will either be some maths, literacy or topic based work. This will be given out on a Friday and needs to be back in for the following Thursday to be marked. Children who do not do their homework will have to complete it during Golden Time.
The school policy regarding reading practice is to read 5 times each week for 30 minutes. Children should bring reading records every day to be checked. Children who have not read at least 5 times a week will miss some of their Golden Time to make up for this.

Please can all PE kit be in school throughout the week in case we can have extra PE lessons. If any child does not have their PE kit in school on PE days, they will miss some of their Golden Time.
