Mrs Barker, Mrs Fuller, Miss Whitehouse, Miss Williams and Miss Booth welcome you to the Bloom Room. The Bloom Room provides an additional provision setting with a primary focus upon meeting the communication and interaction needs of children. The staff in the Bloom Room have developed a bespoke curriculum for the children accessing the provision with a high sensory focus upon equipment used throughout the setting on a daily basis to meet the speech, language and communication needs of the children. We work in collaboration with our in-school Speech and Language Therapist as well as our Communications and Interactions Advisory Teacher to provide the best possible curriculum to allow the children to progress as much as possible with their speech and language learning outcomes. We also work upon the basis of the EYFS Curriculum, incorporating ideas into the setting to promote positive relationship building and independent skills. Young minds bloom in this room.
